EDWARD W. BIECK DIES Feb. 2 in HASTINGS
Edward William Bieck, 76, a brother of Ida Ljunggren of Aurora, died February 2, in a Hastings hospital.
Services for Mr. Bieck were February 7 in a Harvard funeral chapel. The Rev. Fredrick A. Brightman officiated. Burial was in the Harvard Cemetery.
Edward Bieck was born October 10, 1904 near Harvard. He was the son of Frederick and Helena Hoffman Bieck.
Most of his life was spent in Harvard vicinity. He was an employee of the Naval Ammunition Depot during World War Two.
On October 19, 1941, he was married to Helen Anna Schueler of Harvard. His wife preceded him in death.
He is survived by two sisters, Ida Ljunggren of Aurora and Minnie Smith of Hastings, a brother, Albert of Hastings; other relatives and many friends.
He was also preceded in death by his parents. And two sisters.
