Survivors are two daughters and five sons -- Mrs. Lloyd Carver of Sweet Springs, Mrs. Ed Carver of Houstonia, Tom Bailey of Gravois Mills, William J. Bailey of Versailles, Dolph Bailey of Kansas City, and Arthur and Otto of the home, who have been employed in Kansas City. Two sisters, Mrs. Jake White and Mrs. Idella Snyder of Adrain survive, as do 15 grandchildren. Mrs. Bailey was caring for two of her granddaughters, children of her son, Arthur, when she died. Funeral services were held January 5 at Versailles and burial was there by the grave of her husband. Westbrook funeral home was in charge." The Sedalia Democrat (Sedalia, Missouri), January 11, 1945
