William Wade Eller, 84, of Stafford County passed away Monday, October 19, 2009 at Stafford Hospital Center.

Mr. Eller was born July 13, 1925, in Ashe County, NC to Walter and Cora Collins Eller.

Mr. Eller worked for the Fairfax County Water Authority for 27 years, and was a member of Crescent Lodge 33 for 37 years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Thurman, Lloyd, Claude and Jack Eller; and three sisters, Ruth Mabe, Hazel Martin and Frances Eller.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Edith Eller; two daughters, Brenda Davis and husband Paul of Stafford, and Beverly Lail and husband Wayne of Manassas; three grandchildren, Denise Young and husband Greg; David Lail, Jr. and wife Danielle, and Jennifer Davis and husband Jeff; and seven great grandchildren; Grant and Brice Young; Dylan and Delaney Lail and Brianna, Brittany and Alexis Davis.

Other Survivors include a brother, Homer Eller of Rock, WV, two sisters, Johnice Wimmer of Kegly, WV and Betty Harless of Bluefield, WV.

The Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Thursday, October 22, at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Home, Stafford Chaple, 186 Shelton Shop Road, where a funeral will be conducted at 1 pm Friday, October 23. Interment will follow in Stafford Memorial Park.
