Claude Monroe Eller, 82, of Chicago, formally of McComas, died Wednesday, March 8, 1995 in an Illinois hospital.

Born at Crumpler, he was the son of the late Walter and Cora Eller. He had been a resident of Chicago for the past 45 years and was preceded in death by one son, Claude (Bud) Eller; one daughter, Sandra Eller; one sister, Ruth Mabe and two brothers, Thurman and Lloyd Eller.

Survivors are wife Hazel Bond Eller, daughter, Geraldine Eller of Chicago; brothers Jack of Crossville, TN., Wade Eller of Stafford, VA., Homer Eller of Lashmeet, WV.; sisters, Hazel Martin of Hinton, WV., Johnice Wimmer of Kegley, WV., and Betty Harless of Bluefield.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Nelson Funeral Home in Chicago. Burial will be at the Rose Hill Cemetary in Chicago.
