Agnes M. Davis
The funeral for Agnes M. Davis of Lake Oswego, a retired stock clerk, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Young's Funeral Home in Tigard. Private Interment will be in Lincoln Memorial Park.
She died of causes related to age Monday in a Portland hospital. She was 82.
She was born November 4, 1910, in Shelby, Montana. Her maiden name was Dahl. She graduated from Shelby High School in 1928 and moved to the Portland area in 1939. She worked as a welder at the Portland shipyards during World War II.
Mrs. Davis worked for the S.H. Cress variety store until her retirement in 1972. Her husband, Archie Davis, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her sons, Bill Reilly of Lake Grove and John of Everett, Washington, daughter, Pat Stapleford of Colorado Springs, Colorado; brother, Ed of Portland; sister, Hilda Comer of Tigard; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
