FYI: St. Mary's Cemetery is located in section 9 south of CR41 just east of Millersville. The property for St. Mary's Cemetery was purchased and recorded June 25, 1887 in the Sandusky County Court House from Heinrich Hoffman. The first burial was Hoffman's wife Barbara (Livingston) Hoffman who died April 14, 1887. The cross in the middle of the cemetery was erected in 1891. One of the early pioneers of the area, and first members of St. Mary's parish, Leodegar Lehman, was buried there in 1913.

ANDRES -- At the family residence in Millersville on Sunday, October 19th, Anna, wife of Joseph L. Andres, aged 66 years died after a lingering illness of ten months. The funeral was held from the Catholic Church in Millersville on Tuesday morning.

DIED -- At her home in Millersville, Sunday, October 19, Mrs. Joseph Andres, aged 65 years, nine months, and three days. Funeral was held Tuesday, October 21 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church at Millersville, Rev. Dechant officiating. Mrs. Andres leaves a husband, two sisters, one sister-in-law, seven children and 34 grandchildren. The children are: Jacob Andres of Helena; Mrs. Lieu Gabel and Mrs. A. Young of Fremont; Mrs. John Toeppe of Millersville, Mrs. George Dier (aka: Deer/Diehr) of Rising Sun, and Mrs. George Kirsch and Joseph Andres, Jr. of Gibsonburg. Mrs. George Schoeffel who died of typhoid fever two years ago was also a daughter. Mrs. Andres had been a sufferer for (illegible), and her death had been expected for a long time. The funeral was largely attended, a great many from Gibsonburg being in attendance.
