Died between 1870 and 1880. Oral history about his burial. It was during the hot summer time when he died. Some of his people made him a homemade casket that was actually too small for him. But they used it anyway. The casket was placed on a wagon pulling by the horses. The family was taking him to Zion Cemetery for burial. The jolying of the wagon caused the casket to burst so they had to bury him immediately in an old field on this present private property of Mr. Robinson. Mr. Robinson said he did not know there were a small cemetery when he purchased the property. There were few stone markers left. Some of them were damaged. Our John Sellers has no stone marker. His death date was not known.
