FRIEDA (DRIDA) RUGOWSKI
Frieda Rugowski, age 95, a resident of North Ridge Medical & Rehabilitation
Center, Manitowoc, died Sunday morning, Nov. 14, 2004, at North Ridge.
She was born Aug. 3, 1909, in Athens, Wis., daughter of the late Joseph and
Lena Hennig Drida. On June 26, 1954, she married Louis Rugowski in Manitowoc.
He preceded her in death June 29, 1969. Frieda was employed with various
bakeries in Manitowoc, retiring in 1974.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law: Lynn and Mark Hollingsworth,
Manitowoc; a grandson: Mark (Bette) Hollingsworth, Texas; two great-grand-
daughters: Autumn and Lauren; and a brother and sister-in-law: Stanley and
Dorothy Drida, Greenfield. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, other relatives
and friends. She was also preceded in death by six brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2004, at Bethany
Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be
the Rev. Robert Kujawski with burial at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
The family will greet relatives and friends at Bethany Evangelical Lutheran
Church, Manitowoc, from 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2004, until the time of
service at 11 a.m.
The Pfeffer Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Manitowoc, is assisting the
family with funeral arrangements.
