WILLARD L. RENO

Willard L. Reno, 75, of 1035 S. 15th Street, Manitowoc, died suddenly Saturday,
October 11, 1986 at the family residence. Funeral services will be 2 pm Tuesday
at Pfeffer Funeral Home. Rev. Gerald Schrankler will officiate with burial to
follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Reno was born June 17, 1911 at Slovan, Wisconsin, son of the late William
and Mabel Brown Reno. He married the former Gladys Musil on October 16, 1935 in
Manitowoc. The couple celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary in 1985. Mr.
Reno had been employed for over 26 years at Eck Foundry in Manitowoc, retiring
in 1973. Mr. Reno was a Veteran serving in peace time in the United States Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Gladys; five sons and four daughters-in-law, Darwin
and Dorothy Reno of Mishicot, Richard Reno of Two Rivers, Kenneth and Geraldine
Reno, Ronald and Sally Reno and David and Yvonne Reno, all of Manitowoc; three
daughters and two sons-in-law, Joan and Danny Faber of Valders, Charlene and
Gordon Strauss of Manitowoc and Karen Reno of Manitowoc; a brother, Leonard Reno
of Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. Marie Blashka and Mrs. Betty Maurer, both of
Manitowoc; 19 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren also survive. He was
preceded in death by four sisters and two brothers.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral home, Manitowoc, from 4 pm to 9 pm Monday
and from 9 am Tuesday until the hour of service.
