He was the son of George M. JOBE(abt 1849) and Harriet Susanna BRINKER(1851). Harriet's maiden name is from that same family tree.

I figured out that he married Hester Josephine BLOSE. They had many children. The first five are listed below:

1. Mary L. JOBE (Abt 1912)
2. Anna H. JOBE (Abt 1915)
3. Catherine E. JOBE (1916)
4. William M. JOBE (Abt 1918)
5. Dorothy Jane JOBE (1920)
