JENETTE L. HAIR, 84, of Plant City, died Monday (Feb. 9, 2004). Born July 29, 1919 in Tabor City, N.C. Jenette was the second child of 4 daughter born to Ferris S. Wright & Lutie (Gore) Wright. They moved to Plant City when she was a very young child. In the year 1939 she married Eldridge Ira Hutto. Eldridge was killed in March 1945 during WWII. In 1949 Jenette married William P. Hair. She and her husband Bill were the owners of Hair's Korner, a small grocery store and Gulf gasoline station. The station was located just 1/4 mile N. of the Plant City city limits. This was on the N.W. corner of Hwy 39 & Sam Allen Road. She was preceded in death by her parents and youngest sister Sebelia "BeBe" Holland. Survivors include a son, Dennis W. Hair, Plant City; two sisters, Oneito Waller and Lauredo Holbrook, both of Plant City; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren; three nephews; and two nieces. The services were held at Haught Funeral Home, Plant City.
