Charles M. Dietrich, 52, of 4201 Springhill Dr., Manitowoc, died Tuesday morning in Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. in Pfeffer Family Home and 10 a.m. in St. Mary Catholic church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Harold Berryman will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Dietrich was born May 29, 1925 in the Town of Cato, Manitowoc County, son of the late Arthur and Clara Bogenschutz Dietrich. He married Florence Bukosky September 6, 1947 in St. Mary Catholic Church. The couple resided in Manitowoc since their marriage. Mr. Dietrich was employed over 25 years by Gould Industries, Manitowoc (formerly Imperial Eastman). He was a member of Reedsville Sportsmen club, Manitowoc County Fish and Game Association and Shoto Conservation Club.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Robert, Rt. 2, Two Rivers and Paul at home; three daughters, Kathy, Ellen and Laura at home; five brothers, Lawrence of Reedsville, Jerome of Clarks Mills, Arthur and Leo of Whitelaw and John of Cato and two sisters, Mrs. Alfred (Dorothy) Hoffman of Coleman and Mrs. LeRoy (Joanne) Eiles of Maple Grove. A brother, Robert; a sister, Sister Lois Ann and an infant sister preceded him in death.
Friends may call in Pfeffer Funeral Home from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday where a prayer service will be conducted at 7 p.m.
