She is also survived by one daughter, Kaye (husband, Jim) Bruner of Jacksonville; one son, Jim (wife, Carole) Britton of Springfield; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; one brother, Robert Winstead of Springfield, Tenn.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by one brother, Don Winstead; and one sister, Muriel Pinnow.
She was a resident of Springfield since 1952, Evansville, Ind., seven years prior, including 10 years in Lincoln. She worked at Dickey John Corporation, 10 years as the co-owner of Angelo's Italian Restaurant in Lincoln. She was also a homemaker the majority of her life. She was a member of Westside Christian Church and she was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and a compassionate friend.
Services were entrusted to Staab Funeral Home of Springfield, Illinois.
