She married John F. Stewart Jr. August 30, 1903 in Cherokee County, Alabama.
They had the following children: Beulah L., Ruth A., Frank Ross, Sarah C. and John R. Stewart.

PIEDMONT - Funeral services for Mrs. John F. Stewart, 80, who died Monday at her home at 219 S. Center Ave., will be held today at 2:30 p.m.. at Shady Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Harold Graham and T.C. Bright officiating.
Burial will be at Goshen Cemetery with Mickelsen's Brown-Service Mortuary in charge.
Mrs. Stewart was the mother of the late Dr. Frank Stewart, president of Troy State College at the time of his death last spring.
Another son, John R. Stewart, is serving as director of the International House at Jacksonville State College.
Other survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Foster Ray and Mrs. J.T. McCarley of Piedmont and Mrs. H.O. Davis of Spring Garden; five sisters, Mrs. Mattye Early, Mrs. Sadie Davis, Mrs. Roxie Woolf, Mrs. Jennie Naugher and Mrs. Maggie Stewart, all of Piedmont; two brothers, Hugh Warren and Elbert Warren of Spring Garden, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
