"HAZEL TEMPLIN DIES FORMER KOKOMO WOMAN SUCCUMBS AT HOME NORTH-WEST OF CITY Mrs. Hazel Templin, 39, died at her home ten miles northwest of Kokomo at 2:30 o'clock Thursday morning after an illness of one year. She is survived by the husband, Elmer; two sons, Ray of California, Nolis, at home; three daughters, Fern, Nelma and Velda, at home; five brothers, Charles Bear (sic), Kokomo, Joe Baer, of Michigan, and Ober, Homer, and Maila Baer, of California; and three sisters, Velda Baer, Zula Peale and Myrtle Seagraves, all of Kokomo. Mrs. Newline formerly resided in Kokomo with her family. Funeral services will be held Sunday morning at 10 o'clock at the Deer Creek Christian Church, and burial will follow in the Albright cemetery."
