Following her father’s death, Betty was raised in Kokomo by Pete and Artlissa Lear and attended Kokomo schools. She had a love for animals, tending flowers, photography, scrapbooking, and was an avid supporter of We Care. A member of First Church of the Nazarene, Betty loved life, especially time spent with family and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Charlie Sullivan; children, Nancy (Robert) Moloch, Bobby (Shelia) Donson, and Gary (Charlene) Sullivan; ten grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and lifelong friend, Charlotte Coulter.
Funeral services celebrating Betty’s life will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, October 9, 2015 at Shirley & Stout Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1315 West Lincoln Road with Pastor David Leeder officiating. Burial will follow in Kokomo Memorial Park Cemetery.
