Mrs. Rachel Stiffler, widow of Abraham Stiffler, died of a complication of diseases Sunday morning, at her home in Poplar Run. Deceased was very advanced in years and resided most of her life in the vicinity in which she lived.
She is survived by these children: Mrs. Annie Leighty and Mrs. Minnie Piper of Poplar Run, Mrs. Mary C. Beegle of Pavia, L.A. and Mrs. G.W. Beegle of Duncansville, Aden H. of Gallitzin, Mrs. Jennie M. Coy, of Coalport, and Boyd, and J.C. of Altoona. The funeral will take place Tuesday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock.
Interment in the Lutheran Cemetery at Newry

At 5.45 o'clock Sunday morning Mrs. Rachel Stiffler, wife of Abram Stiffler, deceased died at her home in Poplar Run of a complication of diseases, after an illness covering a period of several weeks. Deceased was well advanced in years and had resided most of her life in the vicinity in which she lived. She is survived by these children: Mrs. Annie Leighty and Mrs. Minnie Piper, of Poplar Run; Mrs. Mary C. Beegle, of Pavia; F.A. and Mrs. G.W. Beegle, of Duncansville; Aden H., of Gallitzin; Mrs. Jennie McCoy [ Coy - ed.], of Coalport, and Boyd and J.C., of Altoona. The funeral will take place Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Interment in the Lutheran cemetery at Newry.
