Virginia M. Dyer, age 84, of Worthington passed away 12:30 P. M. Monday, October 10, 2005 at Owen Valley Health Campus in Spencer. She was born May 6, 1921 in Greene County to Albert & Flora (Abrams) Stahl. She was a homemaker, she was member of Assembly of God Church in Worthington. She is survived by one son John (Sharon) Dyer of Worthington; two daughters, Flora Kay (Bob) Mizer of Worthington; Arlene (Paul) Wright of Indianapolis; 6 grandchildren Brian (Kendra) Mizer, Dianna Wardlow, Ginny Askins, Paula Wright, Christy Wright and Joanna Wright and 4 great grandchildren Amy & Sarah Wardlow, Cole Askins & Emily Hemmer. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 55 years, Alfred Dyer, Aug. 7, 1995, two brothers George & Charles A. Stahl. Funeral service will be at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Worthington 11:00 A.M. Thursday, Oct. 13, 2005, with Bob Grider, officiating. Friends may call at Welch & Cornett 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday and 9:00 A.M. Thursday until time of service. Burial will be in Worthington Cemetery.
