Deceased: HATTIE D. SPENCE; Date: October 4, 1995
Hattie D. Spence, 90, a lifelong resident of Princess Anne County, Va., died Oct. 1, 1995, in Virginia Beach.
Mrs. Spence, the widow of Stanley R. Spence, was a retired farmer.
Survivors include one daughter, Joyce Morrison of Palm Harbor, Fla.; two sisters, Page Hartley and Elsie Hobbs, both of Virginia Beach; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery by the Rev. Frank Jennings. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to Creeds Volunteer Fire and Rescue Squad. "

Spence, age 23, born in Princess Anne County, Virginia and residing in Munden [Princess Anne County], Virginia, occupation Merchant, son of J.W. Spence and his wife, Luna - Hattie DeLon Bright, age 21, born in Princess Anne County, Virginia and residing in Back Bay [Princess Anne County], Virginia, daughter of O.E. Bright and his wife, Missouri"
