" CREEDS - Mark Hannah Bright was a lifelong resident of Princess Anne County. He is survived by his wife, Marguerite Lingo Bright; son, James W. Bright of Creeds; seven sisters, Mrs. Henry Woodhouse of Pleasant Ridge, Mrs. Mary Everton of Creeds, Mrs. John Winslow of Elizabeth City, N.C., Mrs. Stanley Spence of Munden, Mrs. Claude Hobbs of Norfolk, Mrs. Johnnie Hartley of Pungo, and Mrs. Wilmer Pritchard of South Mills, N.C.; and five brothers, C.J. Bright, Elvin E. Bright and Garland L. Bright of Back Bay, Oswald E. Bright Jr. of Norfolk and Alvah E. Bright of Woodbridge.
Funeral service held at Oak Grove Baptist Church and burial in church cemetery. "
