Graveside services 1 p.m. today, Bellevue Cemetery, Danville, Ky. Austin & Bell Funeral Home in charge. Survivors: brothers, Albert M. and Alvin D. Skinner, both of Franklin; sister, Ruby Leneski, Columbia.
