This little Skinner boy was born prematurely on September 19, 1937 at Nashville, Tennessee's General Hospital, the son of Judy Ann Skinner (1924–1995) of Lewisburg, Marshall County, Tennessee.
He was only 25 minutes old when he passed away the same day at the hospital. Burial was the next day in Potters Field [later known as Davidson County Hospital], Nashville.
