Nina Lee Anderson, 82, passed away Friday, March 16, 2012, at her
daughter's home after suffering from a long illness. She was a faithful member of Flemingtown Freewill Baptist Church and also a former Sunday school teacher. She was preceded in death by her parents,
Gobel and Isabell Rose; and a son, Garland Anderson.
Survivors:
Four Sons: Ronnie (Drema) Anderson of Manassas, Va. Eugene (Mona) Anderson of Abingdon, Va.
Danny (Kathy) Anderson of Kingsport, Tn.
Daris (Peggy) Anderson of Clintwood, Va.
Three daughters: Trish (Meldon) Brockhoff of Clintwood,Va.
Rebecca (Randy) Rose of Lebanon, Va.
Carolyn (Chris) Mitchell of Grundy, Va.
One Brother: Carl Rose of Clintwood,Va.
Three Sisters: Myrtle Mullins of Clintwood, Va., Jewel Rose of Bristol, Tn., and Faye Carrington of Ohio.
Nineteen grandchildren

The family will receive friends Sunday, March 18, 2012 at 6:00 pm in the Mullins Funeral Home Chapel. A song service will follow at 7:00 pm. A graveside service will be conducted at the Phipps Memorial Cemetery in Clintwood, Va., on Monday, March 19, 2012, at 1:00 pm with Lester Mullins officiating.
Pallbearers will be Meldon P. Brockhoff, Daris Allen Anderson, Christopher Anderson, Channing Mitchell, Clayton Mitchell, Joseph Rose, Noah Anderson and Luke Anderson.
Honorary pallbearers will be Caleb Anderson, Bradyn Anderson, Bentley Brockhoff, and Mason Padelski.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Dickenson County Food Bank.
