Ms. Redman, born in Martinsburg, was the daughter of the late James Calvin Redman, Sr. and Rosie Lee Brown Redman. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one daughter, Barbara A. Redman, four brothers, William B. Redman James C. Redman Jr., John W. Redman, Charles F. Redman and Robert P. Redman; one grandson and one great-granddaughter. She was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Martinsburg.
She is survived by two daughters, Jann L. Banks and Benita E. Redman; two sons, Robert L. Redman and Jamus L. Redman, three sisters, Ruth E. McCreath, Mary E. Lynch and Frances Y. Bullett, all of Martinsburg; four brothers, Lawrence T. Redman, Lewis D. Redman, David N. Redman and Howard D. Redman, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 1pm, Saturday at the Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg with the Rev. Alfred E. Statesman officiating.
Burial was made in Mount Hope Cemetery, Martinsburg, WV.
