Thelma Mae Key, 54, 421 North Harrison Street, died at 4:40 p.m. Friday at Rush Memorial Hosptial where she had been a patient for the last three weeks. Born on August 22, 1921, a daughter of William and Flora Jamison Pea, she was lifelong resident of Rushville. She was married on June 19, 1946 to Herman Key, who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Donald (Cheryl) Ervine, Mrs. Michael (Karen) Skiles, and Miss Linda Key, all of Rushville. One brother Logan Pea of Rushville, and one sister, Mrs. Woody (Aileen) West of Church Falls, Virginia and eight grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by one son.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at Moster and Sons funeral home in Rushville. Burial will follow in East Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 11 a.m. Sunday.
