William Passes away
William Pea, age 78 Years, died Monday afternoon at 3:50 o'clock at his home at 1020 North Arthur street. Mr. Pea had been ill with diabetes for about three years. He was born in Rushville and spent most of his life here working as Plaster.
He is survived by his wife and nine children. Elmer and Edward of Indianapolis, Albert of Franklin County, Omer of this city, Mrs Bernice Sliverlake, Mrs. Henriett Tyler, Mrs. Aleen West, Leonard and Logan Pea and Zelma (Thelma ) Pea of this city. There are also two Brother Elsbury and Flem Pea. One daughter Alice Pea Hendick died in child birth in 1905, a Twin to Albert Pea.
Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
Funeral service William Pea who died Monday After at his home, 1020 North Arthur street, will be held at the residence 1:30 Thursday afternoon. Mr. Pea was well known in the city having been four years as a policeman. Twenty-one years ago. The Rev. Gibson Wilson will have charge of services Thursday, and interment will be made in East Hill Cemetery.
