ELMA - E. Belle Milbourn, 89, a resident of the Satsop area for the last 30 years, died Thursday, March 25, 1993, in the Beechwood Nursing Home. She was born May 24, 1903, in Crossville, Tenn., to William Lafayette Norris and Eliza Jane Frazer Norris. She gew up in Tennessee and married Alvin French of Buhl, Idaho in 1921.
In 1930, after coming to the Satsop area, she married Jack Milbourn of Lake Quinault.
Mrs. Milbourn was a houswife, mother, and most of all, a grandmother. She enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, knitting and reading.
She is survived by a son, Don at the Beechwood Nursing Home, a daughter, Ethel Holland of Lakewood; 16 grandchildren, numerous great - and great-great-grandchildren.
A daughter, Chinita Garlick and two sons, Ken Milbourn and Harry French, died before her.
A graveside service is set for 3 p.m., Monday, March 29 at Satsop Cemetery.
Arrangements are by the Whiteside Funeral Chapel of Elma.
