From the Bryan (TX) Daily Eagle, Friday, February 9, 1968, p. 2:

Funeral services for Mrs. Josephine Murray, 71, of Route 3, Box 330, Bryan, will be held in the Hillier Chapel at 9:45 and at St. Joseph's Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Saturday. Mrs. Murray died Thursday in a local hospital.

The Rt. Rev. T. J. Valenta will officiate with burial in the College Station City Cemetery under the direction of the Hillier Funeral Home.

A rosary will be recited for Mrs. Murray in the chapel of the Hillier Funeral Home Friday at 8 p.m.

Mrs. Murray, a lifetime resident of Brazos County, was born July 13, 1896. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church.

Survivors include her husband, Tom O. Murray; a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Reese of Houston; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and five sisters, Mrs. Rosa Krenek, Mrs. Albina Boriskie, Mrs. Mary Schovajsa, Mrs. Emma Barta, and Mrs. Janie Krenek, all of Bryan.

Pallbearers will be F. T. Hawkins, Robert Boriskie, Hugo Krenek, Willie Boriskie, Brooks Stevenson, Wallace Barta, and Joe Bewley.
