Charles E. Mills, 93, of Robbins, passed away in the Crossville Memorial Hospital Friday, December 12. He was the son of the late Alex Mills and the late Ruthie Smith Mills, a member of the Mt. Helen Baptist Church. Survivors: three sons, Robert Mills of Hartford City, Indiana, Homer Mills of Helenwood, Herbert Mills of Robbins; daughter, Tannie Lackey of Hartford City, Indiana; sister, Laurie Thomas of Somerset, Ky.; over thirty five grandchildren, over fifty great grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted from the West Funeral Home Chapel 1 p.m. Monday December 15, with Rev. Caldwell Smith and Rev. Dwayne Garrett officiating. Burial in the Thomas Cemetery.
