Wiley T. Meadows, Jr. passed away Wednesday, January 22, 2014. He served in the Navy for 30 years. He then went to work for Montgomery Ward, where he retired.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lennie Corine Meadows; daughters, Becky Meadows (Doug Waters) and Marcia (Gary) A. Wise; grandchildren, Becky (James) K. Smith; Angela (Keith) M. Brummell; great-grandchildren, Kenny Gardner, Micheal Gardner, James D. Brummell and Dylan W. Smith. Serving as pallbearers will be Gary White, Keith Brummell, Micheal Gardner, Kenny Gardner, Eulis Douglas and James Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association and/or American Kidney Association.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 29, 2014 from 11:30am – 12:30pm at Faith Chapel Funeral Home South with the funeral service to follow at 12:30pm. Interment will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery at 2:30pm.
