Daughter of Hiram & Elmira Ellen (Patterson) McDonald.

The funeral of Miss Florence McDonald was held at Murray yesterday afternoon at 2:30, Rev. Zink of the Christian church of this place delivering the sermon to a large crowd of sympathizing friends.

Interment was made in the Elkenbary cemetery just south of this city. Miss McDonald was born November 30, 1885, and spent all of her life in Nebraska. She leaves to mourn her demise her mother and one sister. Mrs. Grace Meisinger now living at Ashland, Oregon, and Oscar McDonald, and a brother, living at Murdock this county. Her father died some fourteen years ago. Miss McDonald was a member of the Royal Highlanders, many of that order being present at the funeral. An aunt, Mrs. Black, of Kansas City, was present at the funeral. The services were held in the Christian church at Murray, and pall bearers were young lady friends of the deceased.
