Mr. Kelly was born in Jacksonville, FL. He was the son of the late Arthur and Ivera Kelly. He was retired from Anchor Glass as a Machine Operator. He was a NASCAR fan, and he loved being outdoors. Mr. Kelly loved his family, and he was a Baptist.
Survivors include his loving wife of 42 years, Georgia Rich Kelly of Kathleen; his children, Michael Ray Kelly (Robin) of Kathleen, and Jenny Atkins (David) of Tifton; his son-in-law, Greg McGuire of Perry; 12 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; siblings, Doris Seawright (Grady), Pat Kelly (Francis), Jackie Kelly (Marilyn), all of Callahan, FL, Jean McGregor (Melvin) of Hilliard, FL, Malone Kelly of Crystal River, FL, and Jimmy Kelly (Linda) of Jacksonville Beach, FL; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kathy McGuire; his sister and brother-in-law, Helen and Willis Creamer; and his sister-in-law, Lucille Kelly.
