WEST ALEXANDRIA, Ohio -- Adele Jane Gates, 90, of West Alexandria, died Wednesday, March 4, 2009.
Born April 20, 1918, in Nashville, Ohio, to Orville and Edna Jefferis, she was an area distributor for the Kirby Co. for more than 40 years and started Welcome Wagon in the community.
Survivors include sons, James and Jeff Gates, and a brother, Lynn Jefferis.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. today at Lindloff-Zimmerman Funeral Home, West Alexandria. A memorial service will be at a later date.
Memorials may be made to St. John Church, West Alexandria.
