Funeral Services will be held 11 am, Friday, February 5, 2010 at Nelson-House Funeral Home, with Pastor Jerry Waldon officiating. Burial will follow at Easton Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6 to 8 pm and on Thursday from 2 to 8 pm, with the family present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm.
Loretta was born on February 27, 1925 in Owosso, the daughter of Nick and Grace (VanHorn) Hollenback. She attended school in Henderson.
On May 17, 1942 she married Mart Leroy Gorman of Easton, Michigan by Rev. Lyons at his home on Oliver Street.
She is survived by her husband, Mart; children, Robert (Judy) Gorman of Owosso, Betty (Lawrence) Delmarten of Chesaning and Linda Holland of Owosso; twelve grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; and Nancy Gorman of Owosso.
She was predeceased by two sons, Dan and Bobbie; granddaughter, Robin Woodworth; great-granddaughter, Emily Gorman; great-grandson, Owen; and son-in-law, William Holland.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society or to the charity of donor's choice.
