Services for Mrs. Ada B. Blain will be 2 p.m. Friday at Harvey Chapel with Rev. Gene Ottwell, Okmulgee Southern Baptist church, officiating. Burial will be in gene Autry Cemetery.
Mrs. Blain, Springer, died Wednesday at a local hospital following a short illness. She was born Jan. 9, 1886, at Cook co, Tex., and had been a resident of this community all her life. She married Frank Blain in 1906 at Stonewall and he preceded her in death in June 1952. She was a member of the church of Christ.
Survivors include 3 sons, Dale, Springer, Gordon, Van Ives, calif., and Willie, San Leandro, Calif.; 2 daughters, Mrs. Ruby Rycroft, Shawnee, and Mrs. Juanita Brown, Graham; two sisters, Cindy Raines, Ventura, Calif., and Rosie Raines, Oklahoma City; 7 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchilden.
Serving as bearers will be Lawrence Woodard, Leland Walker, c.A. Hunter, Warren Rycroft, Andy Arnold and Leon Guerin.
Services are under direction of Harvey funeral Home."
