Donna passed away peacefully at her home on October 5, 2008, surrounded by her loving family. She resided at 6940 South 825 East in Midvale, Utah at the time of her death.


She was born on May 12, 1929 in Wattis, Utah to Elmer and Esther Wallace. Our mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother will always be remembered for her great sense of humor and her love for all animals. She married Robert Keith Hatch on August 19, 1949; later divorced. Donna graduated from West High School. She served as President of the Sue Rich Bowling league for two years; her three daughters bowled with her. She had numerous bowling and golf trophies. Music and dancing were a big part of her life. Donna was an avid sports fan.


She will be greatly missed by her daughters, Cynthia Kesinger (Steve), Shauna Williams (Mark), Kimberly Dawson, sister LaRue (Pat) Thomas (Tom), brother Ken Wallace (Phyllis), six grandchildren, three great- grandchildren and her faithful and loyal dog Molly. Preceded in death by her parents, sister Elaine, and brother Wayne and wife Thelma.


Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 11, 2008 at the Mountain View Memorial Estates Mortuary Chapel, 3115 East Bengal Boulevard (7800 South), Cottonwood Heights, Utah. A private viewing will be held for immediate family only one hour prior to services.
Interment: Mountain View Memorial Estates Cemetery.
