Kathryn A. (DeLong) Guntle, 73, of Eaton, Ohio went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, September 10, 2010. Born January 9, 1937 to Kenneth A. DeLong and Iris Hartrum Shiverdecker. She was a 1955 graduate of Brookville High School and a member of Eldorado UMC. She was a successful Tupperware manager for many years.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Donald Guntle, brother Kenneth DeLong, nephew James Pansing and niece Sandra McDonald.
Kathryn is survived by her three children: David Guntle & wife Vickie of Eaton, Donna Kuck & husband Warren of Eaton and Beth Rose of Fairfield, OH. Sister Edith Pansing of Lewisburg and sisters in law Charlotte DeLong of West Alexandria and Rae Faulkner of Germantown. Seven grandchildren: Mellisa (Guntle) Anderson & husband Steven, Amber Guntle, Hagan Messer, Tim & Nathan Kuck and Sarah & Emily Rose. One great grandson, Zackary Fields. Nieces Brenda (Dean) Miller, Ann (Ritchie) Longworth, Patricia (David) Lagle and Karen Gilkerson. Nephews Richard McDonald, Jeffrey McDonald, Michael (Tracy) DeLong and Jason (Jennifer) DeLong. The family wants to thank the caregivers over the years, especially her long time nurse Susan Moore and her loving aides from Caring Hearts and Personal Touch.
