Services for Albert L. Garnto, age 89 of Dublin, will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday, January 16, 2014 in the Chapel of Jefferson Street Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Northview Cemetery. Rev. Jay Moore and Rev. Darren Talley will officiate. He passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2014.
Mr. Garnto was born in Brewton, GA to the late Ira and Laura Martin Garnto. He was a Veteran of the United States Army-Air Corp serving in WWII. He retired from the Warner Robins Air Force Base after 33 years of service. Mr. Garnto was a member of Jefferson Street Baptist Church and the Woodman of the World.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.
