SENECA--Eizabeth Fangman Deters, 88, Seneca, died Mondy, July 5, 1999, at a Seneca hospital.
Mrs. Deters and her husband farmed north of Baileyville until 1976.
She was born July 22, 1910, o a farm north of Seneca, the daughter of Anton and Mary Sudbeck Fangman. She attended St. Mary's school at St. Benedict.
Mrs. Deters was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Church and St. Ann's Altar Society at the church.
She married Joseph C. Deters on Sept. 23, 1931, at St. Benedict. He survives.
Other survivors include three sons: Gerald, Seattle, John, Topeka, and Stephen, Baileyville; two daughters, Janice Wallace, Albuquerque, and Doris Grilliot, Mt. Pleasant, Iowa; fourteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a. m. Friday at Sts. Peter & Paul Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
