Geraldine Curry, age 74, of Elkhart, Texas died June 20, 2011 at Palestine Regional Medical Center. Burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery is under the direction of Bailey & Foster of Palestine. She was born November 30, 1936 in Elkhart to the late Claud and Jennie Wolf Douthit. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Mrs. Curry was preceded in death by her sister, Madeline Fincher; and brother, C.L. Douthit, Jr. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Wayne Curry; daughter, Vickey Darlene Hutchins and husband Carl; son, Jeff Curry and wife Amy; grandson, Kyle Curry; and sister, Iva Jean Welborn.
