Sources differ as to whether Mary Corley was born in Alabama or in Georgia. The 1880 U.S. Census shows her married to William H. T. Jenkins, born circa 1857 in Georgia. The couple had an as yet unnamed one-month old son. I was unable to find any additional information about Mr. Jenkins or about their son. (In her 1910 U.S. Census enumeration, Mrs. Dilda stated that she had given birth to two children, both of whom were still alive.)

Mary married Noah Dilda in DeKalb County, Georgia, on August 8, 1893. The couple had one child:
Annie Mae Dilda Moon (1894-1983.)

Information other than that taken from grave marker came from Family Data Collection - Births (showing birth in Gwinnett County, Georgia;) Family Data Collection - Individual Records (same;) U.S. Census enumerations for 1860 (with parents and siblings in Randolph County, Alabama,) 1870 (with parents and brother in Gwinnett County, Georgia,) 1880 (with spouse (Mr. Jenkins) and infant son in Berkshire, Gwinnett, Georgia,) 1900 (with spouse (Mr. Dilda) and daughter in Berkshire, Gwinnett, Georgia;) 1910 and (widowed, with daughter in Berkshire, Gwinnett, Georgia;) Georgia, Marriage Records From Select Counties, 1828-1978; and Georgia, Deaths Index, 1914-1927 (Certificate 14570-G, showing place of birth as Alabama, and parents names as H. J. Corley and Kerren Braswell.)
