Montgomery Rites for Mrs. Dendy

Winona, Miss. Services for Mrs. Nancy Riales Dendy, former resident of the Huntsville Community near here, were to be held at the graveside in Dacus Cemetery near Huntsville Monday after noon at 2:30, Lee Funeral Home of Winona in charge.

Mrs. Dendy, who was 69, died Sunday in Jackson Baptist Hospital. She had been living with her daughter, Miss Bessie Dendy of Jackson. Born in Panola County, she moved in 1929 to Choctaw County upon her marriage to the late John L. Dendy, Huntsville farmer. She was a member of Huntsville Church of Christ.

She leaves four other daughters, Mrs. Laura Hamlin of Carlsbad, New Mexico, Mrs. Fannie Kilgore of Greenwood, Mrs. Celess Lee of Shiloh Park, Tennessee, and Mrs. Polly Whitmire of Clarksdale; four sons, Houston Dendy of Louisville, Ruston Dendy of Crane, Texas, Denver Dendy of French Camp and J. L. Dendy of Ackerman; three sisters, Mrs. Jessie Smith and Mrs. May Stevens of Memphis, Tennessee and Mrs. Mark Blakely of Sardis; two brothers, Presley Riales of Sardis, A.T. Riales of Memphis; and 16 grandchildren.
