She was born in Mathews County on June 15, 1924, to the late George and Estelle Cosby.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles H. Clark Sr., and son, Charles H. Clark Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memories three daughters, Marjorie Brooks (Frank), Charlotte Taylor, and Sandra Bell (Alonzo); one sister-in-law, Elsie Cosby; one daughter-in-law, Sylvia Clark; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, two nephews, and four great-nieces.
Funeral service will be held at 12 noon Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, at Zion Baptist Church, Cardinal. Burial will be in Poplar Woods Cemetery, Cardinal.
Viewing will be 4-7 p.m., Friday, Feb. 8, 2013, at the funeral home.
