Dr. Aloysius V. Chasman, his wife, Albina Maud, and their children, Vincent, age 5, Leslie, age 3, and Mary E., age 1, were living at Calgary, Alberta in 1906. The family had immigrated from the USA the previous year. The 1911 Calgary census also shows daughters, Geraldine and Patricia. Living with them was Frank Cashman, brother of Aloysius.
Cashman--On March 27, Albina Maud, aged 37 years, beloved wife of Dr. A. V. Cashman, 2315 Cedar avenue. The funeral will take place from Harrison and Foster's undertaking parlors, 820 Twelfth avenue west, on Monday, March 30, at 9:40 a.m., and will proceed to St. Mary's cathedral, where mass will be sung at ten o'clock. Interment in St. Mary's cemetery.
