Aloysius remarried at Calgary in 1920 to Mildred E. Nendick.
Dr. A. V. Cashman Dies Suddenly
Heart Disease Proves Fatal to Well Known Resident of Calgary
After a short illness in the General hospital, Dr. A. V. Cashman, a Calgary dentist, who has resided in the city for 18 years, died of heart disease on Saturday evening.
Suffering with heart trouble for some time, Dr. Cashman was taken seriously ill on Friday. He was not removed to the General hospital until Saturday evening, and died an hour after being admitted.
Dr. Cashman was 53 years of age. He was born in Toronto, came to Calgary first in 1905, practised dentistry for a number of years, enlisted and served throughout the Great War.
He is survived by a widow, at present in Nova Scotia; three daughters, Geraldine, Patricia and Mary, and two sons, Vincent R. and Francis Leslie. He was a brother of Dan Cashman, who is now in California.
The funeral will take place from the Foster & Foster 's funeral parlor to St. Mary's Cathedral where high mass of requiem will be sung at 9 o'clock Tuesday morning. The remains will be laid to rest in St. Mary's cemetery.
