Larry Edward Carter age 49, passed away December 31, 2006. He was born April 23, 1958 in Provo Utah, to Larry Lorenzo and JoAnn Moore Carter. He married Juanita Ivie, they were later divorced. He married Julia Richmond, they were later divorced.He graduated from Provo High School. He enjoyed fishing, camping, 4-wheeling, mining for gold, riding his Harley, and spending time with his family.He is survived by 4 sons and 1 daughter: Jeremy (Brandy) Carter of Springville, Branden (Kerrie) Carter of Payson, Kelly (Kim) Carter of Delta, Angel Carter of Provo, Johnny Joe Carter of St. George; 9 Grandchildren; 3 sisters: Carol, Gloria, and Jessica. He was in preceded in death by his parents and sister, Gwendolynn Carter.Funeral will be Friday, January 5, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. in the Wheeler Mortuary Chapel, 211 East 200 South, Springville. Friends may call one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery.In lieu of flowers a benevolent account has been set up to help the family with funeral expenses at Washington Mutual under Brandy Carter in behalf of the Larry E.
