Esteen Temple Bynum was born Nov. 3, 1921, in Calera, Okla., and had been an area resident since 1945. He was a member of Corina Baptist Church and was an ordained Baptist minister.
Mr. Bynum worked at General Dynamics for 18 years and retired after 14 years at Bell Helicopter.
Survivors: Wife of 54 years, Cordia Dealer Strickland Bynum; sons, Jimmy Bynum of Benbrook, Jerry Bynum and Bobby Bynum, both of Brock, and Neal Bynum of White Settlement; daughters, Shirley Wilson of Las Vegas and Peggy Qualls of Ponca City, Okla.; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
