Mrs. Ethel Aleth Broyles, 67, Route 9, died at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday in Springfield Baptist Hospital. She had been in ill health for the past 20 years, and had been in the hospital for three weeks.
A native of Hartville, Mrs. Broyles had lived in Springfield for the past eight years and had been in the hospital for three weeks.
Survivors include her husband, Kingsley, of the home; two sons, James, 2248 North Robberson, and Paul, 413 East Seminole; a step-son, Ralph Broyles, of El Paso, Tex.; a sister, Mrs. Stella Pierce, Niangua; a brother, W. C. Findley, Visalia, Calif.; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in College Street Baptist Church with the Rev. D. Selph Jones and the Rev. Marshall Boroughs officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Cemetery under direction of Ayre-Goodwin.
