When he died he was living at 608 Merwin the same address given by his son Bernard who provided the information for the death certificate. His obituary listed survivors as son Bernard and four daughters; Mrs. J.C. Campbell, Mrs. F.J. Bott, Mrs. G.C. Weber and Miss Bertha Beckmann.
