Goldie Mae Hall Arndt, 85, died in her home Tuesday, Aug.10, 1982. She was born in Mansfield, IL, but spent most of her life in the Lafayette area. In 1915, she was married, near Boswell, to Henry C. Arndt. He was an employee of the County Highway Department and preceded her in death Aug. 7, 1967.
Mrs. Arndt was a practical nurse at Scott Nursing Home here for 17 years. She was a member of Southside Wesleyan Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Sylvia Marie Hicks of Lafayette and Effie Alice (Mrs. Everett) Christopher of Brookston; four sons, Ed O. Arndt, James F. Arndt, Raymond W. Arndt, all of Lafayette, and Henry Charles Arndt of
Pomona, CA; and a brother, Charles Hall of Mansfield, IL.
